Responsible for all the visa related matter. Prepare the paperwork necessary for applying for employment pass, dependent pass, renewal, and visa cancellation. • Responsible for training and development of the teams in Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia.

• CPAFN: Responsible for managing accounts of more than 300 companies on a daily basis which are based in Texas, USA. To do their tax and all the matters related to taxation.• Satya Consulting: Responsible for managing invoices of more than 20 shopping centers and land properties on a daily basis also based in Texas, USA.

• Front Office Assistant: Responsible for the image branding of the company by providing excellent hospitality customer services as per the company policy to the guests. To create and manage the bookings.• Telephone Operator: Responsible for receiving inbound and outbound calls and solve or guide them.• Reservations: Responsible for managing more than 100 customers per day and to guide them regarding their bookings. Managing the tour series and groups having accounts with the company.

• Responsible for dealing with the suppliers, managing the system issues, key in the invoices and lastly presenting the final structure to the accounts department.
