Current๐ฒ๐๐ ๐น๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ โโ Orchestrating the Asset Management Scope for the prestigious New Al Ain Hospital Project, ensuring the efficient utilization and maintenance of all project assets.โ Preparing a comprehensive and accurate asset registry for the organization, ensuring all assets are documented and categorized efficiently, and promoting effective asset management practices. โ Ensuring timely updates to the asset management system, promptly reflecting any changes or modifications made to assets, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date information for decision-making. โ Maintaining a readily accessible and organized repository of asset-related information, promptly providing the necessary data to the organization upon request, and facilitating efficient decision-making processes. โ Conducting thorough asset tracking activities, closely monitoring asset locations, movements, and conditions, ensuring optimal utilization, and minimizing the risk of loss or misplacement. โ Coordinating and facilitating final inspections with the client, meticulously reviewing all project deliverables, and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and quality standards before the facility handover. โ Collaborating with subcontractors to address BOQ mismatching and other deviations, promptly identifying and resolving any discrepancies to maintain project timelines and budgets. โ Providing valuable assistance and support to team members, actively contributing to a collaborative and productive work environment, and fostering effective teamwork and overall project success.โ Implementing efficient asset maintenance strategies, and ensuring regular inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance activities were carried out to maximize asset lifespan and minimize downtime. โ Assisting in the development and implementation of asset management policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to industry best practices & compliance with organizational standards.
