Currento Audit and assess clients’ current state digital content and ecosystems, identifying strengths, weaknesses, gaps, inconsistencies and opportunities.o Design, write, edit, test and improve clients’ content that makes their products or services easier for their users to navigate.• This includes examining user journeys, interface language, information architecture, navigation nomenclature, terminology, taxonomies and other content across their websites, apps or other touch points.o Apply the double diamond design process and content principles in the development of website content to enhance the clarity and usability of product or service experiences.o Conduct keyword and SEO research using tools such as Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ubersuggest and Google Keyword Planner to understand client's business and user needs and behaviours.o Translate insights about users' needs, desires, and underlying mental models from user research into content ideas that meets clients' business objectives.o Use a variety of tools and platforms such as GatherContent, Workflowy, OmniOutliner, Whimsical, Mural, Lookback and Dovetail to bring concepts to reality.o Develop consistent messaging, voice and tone, editorial guidelines and governance workflows.• This includes ensuring clients’ content owner make complex language and processes easy to understand and write from the user's perspective in plain English as far as possible.o Define and create metadata frameworks, governance processes, content standards and strategies.o Ensure clients' website content meets SEO, Schema.org and other best practices.o Collaborate with peers across disciplines such as project management, engineering, design and research teams.
