Providing working capital facility to SME segment such as Cash Credit/ Overdraft, Letter of Credit, Buyers Credit, Pre-shipment & Post-shipment Finance and Term Loans.Liaising with treasury and trade operations team on a daily basis for transaction banking activities, pertaining to forex & trade.Meeting with the clients and understanding their business model, market standing, product offering, management structure, financial strength, growth and succession plans.Financial analysis and preparation of CAT for sanctioning of the loans.Responsible for end-to-end processing of disbursement of credit facilities, working in collaboration with credit, operations, legal, vendors and other departments of the bank.Managing end-to-end customer relationship from sourcing, servicing, enhancements, and collections for closure.

-Financial Planning and Asset Allocation across investment products.-Provided wealth management services through products like mutual funds, advice on direct equity, structured products, Portfolio management services (PMS) insurance, fixed deposits.-Review Customers Portfolio on a regular basis to enhance ROI.- Focus on enhancing the relationship value by constantly monitoring the portfolios and keep the investments in line with risk profiles of clients.
