The Manager of Enterprise Monitoring will oversee and enhance the enterprise monitoring infrastructure, ensuring robust and scalable solutions for critical systems. Using tools like SolarWinds, Datadog, and AppDynamics, this role involves evaluating and integrating new tools to optimize monitoring capabilities. A key responsibility is to empower the Network Operations Center (NOC) team as the first line of defense, ensuring effective response to network and server incidents.Key Responsibilities:- Monitoring Strategy and Architecture: Design and maintain a resilient monitoring infrastructure that improves system reliability. Evaluate and integrate new tools through Proof of Concept (POC) assessments, maximizing the use of existing tools to meet business needs.- NOC Enablement and Incident Management: Train and support the NOC team as first responders for network/server issues. Develop SOPs for incident detection, escalation, and resolution to minimize downtime, working with IT and infrastructure teams to ensure comprehensive coverage.- Continuous Improvement and Collaboration: Regularly review monitoring practices, refining protocols based on incident insights to enhance detection and response times. Collaborate with IT and application teams to foster a proactive monitoring approach, preventing disruptions and ensuring operational efficiency.

Managing a team of Qualified Network Engineers, managing alerts and related action around NMS tools like SolarWinds, Pingdom Appoptics and Appdynamics and AWS CloudWatch. Managing various integrations with opsgenie, servicenow, Atlassian Jira and Solarwinds. Design Automation and processes around NOC Operations.POC for new Solarwinds Module Access Right Manager and other New modules.Solarwinds Migration from Onprem to AWS.SolarWinds DataBase Migration to Amazon RDS.Powershell Automations.
