Working in Engine Calibration department at ITL,Sonalika.My job Responsibilities include :∆ Base calibration, Testing at Dyno.∆ Capturing field data for analysis.∆ Calibration of After Treatment system i.e DOC,DPF & SCR.∆ Base trails on Green Engine , Preparation of Engine on Dynamometer.Prepare instrumentation of various temp. & pressure sensors for data capturing.∆ Base Engine trails like Friction mapping,Full Load curve (FLC) LOC trails, Indicated Horse power trails, Full Throttle Performance ,Part Throttle Performance etc.∆ Hardware selection Trails i.e Injector selection Trails, Turbocharger selection trails on field etc∆ Responsible for Emissions Tests i.e RMC , NRTC, NRSC at ICAT ,ARAI .∆ Responsible for Homologation, Type Approval , COP at testing agencies like iCAT, ARAI.∆ Responsible for technical documentation related to TA, Homologation & COP for release of certificate .
