Performed in-vitro liquid-liquid phase separation assays to finally analyze them under TIRF microscopy and wide field microscopy.• Collaborated and effectively communicated with computational biophysicists to analyze the role of the IDR region of F-BAR protein Cdc15 in phase separation in a phosphorylation dependent manner.• Regularly performed genetic analysis using different mutant strain of Scizosaccharomyoces Pombe.• Performed biochemical assays using lipids regularly.
