I worked as Sr. Associate @ WNS handling Accounts Payable Transaction for Travelocity.After this I got transferred to the Accounts Payable Department where I used take care of accounts payment transaction to the clients of Travelocity i.e. Hotels, Airlins and Cabs companies.

The Process - Saber - Finance and Accounts handles accounting of many financial transactions undertaken by the company Travelocity. I was handling reconciliations responsible for checking payments to company's vendor i.e. Hotels. Tasks performed in Reconciliation:-Reconcile the data generated from DTR (Daily Transaction Report) using MILO software.Doing proper research in different research tools and then applies reason codes accordingly as per the discrepancies.Helps collection Team in recovering funds from the vendors, with help of the above reconciled dataAnswering to emails of collectors and try to sort out the queries.Clearing the non collectable reservations from the system.Handled a Project for 3 months, having an experience of handling the team for these 3 months.

Tasks performed in Music Team:Worked on RCS software used in Radio Station.I learned and worked on scheduling the log for the days:Scheduling a log means need to force fit the song in RCS, arrange the log according to the TEMPO of the song and also according to different day parts, make the Traffic integration, add a new song in RCS, according to Platooning make the changes in the RCS, upload the recorded shows in RCS, also know how to make browses (playlist) in the system on special occasions, also know about the traffic integration in RCS etc.I have learned and worked on the PPL report. Worked on theme show (Gyarah Baje Ka Flashback). Suggested some themes for this special show which is played at National level.Also worked and assisted to RJ Palak on her show and learned about the work happening inside the studio.Also have a basic knowledge about Sony Vegas, as used it for editing.
