Aligning the crew for the flight as per the requirement of the flight. Briefings related to the sector & pax profile. Mandatory Safety & first aid discussions. In flight – performing all duties related to Senior Cabin Crew, displaying leadership skills, counselling& motivating the crew when needed, especially when fresh from training school. Communication flow & coordination between the cockpit, engineers, commercials, catering staff. Catering to needs of pax & the need of the organization. Enhancing sales in A/C- related to consumer able products, benefiting the organization & enhancingself.

• Managing the base• Coordinating between my manager, rostering, operations, catering & crew, ensuring smooth flight operations• All necessary documents provided to the In-flight Manager & crew prior to flight.• Updating records at the base.• Make sure cabin crew’s grooming is maintained as per company standards.• Conduct In-flight Inspection for cabin services (1 flight a month).• Ensure cabin crew briefing room is updated with latest circulars/notices.• Making sure the base is functional
