Responsibilities1. Meet Regional targets in terms of sales strictly adhering to the principles and guidelines of the company.2. To lead the Non-Pharma Government Business (NPG) North Team for business growth and achievement with Proper Planning. 3. Responsible for Developing and driving divisional strategy across the North region for Govt. & Academia Market.4. Research the govt. market sectors and identify significant opportunities for the Chromatography & Mass Spectrometry business to meet financial goals.5. Resolve customer problems with the timely and efficient use of regional resources to include local Service support (i.e. managers and reps) and the Division’s resources such as product support, applications, marketing and engineering.6. Responsible for CRM Review/ Team Review / Prospecting/ Forecasting /Strong Funnel/AR etc.7. Help develop team members for future growth via knowledge, skills and experiences.8. Identify Key Opinion Leaders across the region, establish strong relationships and seek to gain product endorsement support and develop thought leadership. 9. A go getter, who sees Challenges as an Opportunity to grow, develop and provide Solutions. 10. Select, hire and organize training of new field sales resources.
