 The company primarily deals in government supply of laptops, desktops & other computer peripherals. I was deputed to the BtoG section and gained knowledge about- Approaching the concerned Govt. department for supply of IT peripherals  Convincing them about the products & getting orders from them Once the order was finalized , arranging for their supply Follow up procedure for payments During my tenure, I was able to generate substantial govt. business for the company

 I joined the company as Business development Executive for handling dealer and channel sales. Based on my satisfactory performance the company elevated me to the position of Territory manager in less than a year and a half. Presently I am working as a territory manager. My job as a territory manager requires me to maximize sales and profitability in my assigned territory MP & CG. Another challenge for me as a territory manager is to help my distributors and agents to maximize their sales in turn resulting into profitability for the company. My strong management & interpersonal skills & my sound knowledge of marketing management have so for helped me achieve my objectives. Most important objective of the middle management is to retain existing customer try for new customer and constantly monitor the satisfaction level of the customer the growing sales represent my success in these areas. Working in a team of people with different aptitude, attitude, skills & likings is another challenge that I am successfully handling in the company. Problem solving is another different area in the middle management because in today’s competitive environment set keeping the customer satisfied is a key to successful performance I am trying to keep my dealers, distributors, customers and staff satisfied by promptly resolving their problems and helping them find solutions.
