Led the development of CRM-v3, using a design system to build a modern and scalable Angular application. Incorporated Tailwind CSS for responsive design and RxJS for efficient state management, while also creating reusable components for a streamlined workflow. Integrated Apache Superset for interactive dashboards and Keycloak for secure authorization and authentication. Additionally, Built an email-like feature with the TinyMCE rich text editor, allowing users to send styled emails directly through the product. I also developed a candidate engagement chatbot from scratch using Angular, TailwindCSS, and Socket.IO. Throughout the process, Collaborated closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, backend developers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality features that align with user needs.

Played a key role in developing Hyreo's Post Offer Solution, improving the pre-onboarding process with AI-powered chatbot. I also led the implementation of an advanced ticketing system to streamline the resolution of post-selection issues. Learned Figma and created a prototype that outlined the ticket-raising process for candidates, including how tickets are assigned and closed. Started developing CRM v2 from scratch using Angular, part of migrating all features from the previous version built with jQuery, CSS, and HTML (multiple-page application) to the new Angular-based version.

Actively contributed to enhancing the chatbot’s usability by adding features that improved user interaction and experience. I also worked with amCharts 4 to bring dynamic, data-driven charts into our product, giving users deeper insights through interactive visuals. Additionally, I redesigned a user listing page to make it more user-friendly and visually appealing, adding pagination for easier navigation. Additionally, started learning Angular from the basics to build a strong foundation in the framework.
