Managing end to end cloud platform and application deployment, supporting all the stakeholder and coordinating with them.Some of the roles and responsibility listed below.• Managing and analyzing platform issues and and fixing it. Also coordinating with Dev teams.• Point of all the technical escalations, related with Platform and application• Enhancement of new feature in the platform and educating the team about it and documenting.• Planning application release using stranded ITIL practices.• Creation of MOP for release and raising RFC [Request for change].• Gathering all the new requirements from client regarding, platform enhancement, new environment creation.• Handling Production environment based on different geographical location.• Supporting DEV environments such as - Stagging, SIT, PT, PRE-PROD, PROD• Handling Linux servers including disk space, LOG monitoring, health check etc.• Reviewing and working on NRD (New Requirement Document) doc with client for new enhancement.• Deploying major releases with minimum risk involved.• Overall Solution Design that includes end-to-end Process Flow, integration of Platform services, SLAs and OPS process documentation, Application Performance Management(APM) tools integration etc. using DynaTrace, Server Vantage, Management Console, Enterprise Connect, Cloud Management Nexus.• Coordinate and PEGA support team for platform issues.• Work with Bell IMC to resolve HIGH priority incidents.• Creation of important docs like MOPs and Status, RFC, CR and other reports for any deployment and change activity.• Planning and deployment for new application releases.• Sanity of the application after major release.

Handling OSS/BSS operations, SQL Developer, Linux servers, Basic AAA troubleshooting. Dealing with the client directly.

Handled VAS products (Color Ring Back Tone) and MCA(Missed CAll Alerts), LInux servers monitoring and Troubleshooting, L1 support
