Current• Monitoring and maintenance task for Azure cloud infrastructure. • Manage Azure Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, Storage Accounts. • Ensure the availability, performance, scalability, and security of production systems. • Perform daily health checks for Azure Cloud Infrastructure devices across the globe. • Troubleshoot Azure related issues and engage internal teams for issue resolution. • Acts as the single point of contact for Management as well as Customers… Show more • Monitoring and maintenance task for Azure cloud infrastructure. • Manage Azure Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, Storage Accounts. • Ensure the availability, performance, scalability, and security of production systems. • Perform daily health checks for Azure Cloud Infrastructure devices across the globe. • Troubleshoot Azure related issues and engage internal teams for issue resolution. • Acts as the single point of contact for Management as well as Customers, responsible for Incident Management and contribute to Problem investigations. • Managing Major Incidents, ensuring that they are logged, progressed, updated, authorized, expedited, and resolved efficiently. • Regular notification to senior leadership of status and business impact during major incident situations. • Post Incident Report to assist to identify the root cause of the incidents. • To guide Monitoring engineers on all operational aspects and achieve the expected Service Level commitments. • Engage in new service transitions by following relevant transition structures and owning such topics end-to-end. • coordinate with global teams to achieve the expected deliverables like standard operating procedures. • Preparing monthly alerts and incidents report to analyze the top polluters. • Identifying gaps in work instruction documentation and suggest modification. • Preparing monthly roster for a team of 14 members.
