With over four years of hands-on experience in the hospitality industry, I have developed a comprehensive skill set across various segments within hotel and restaurant chains.I started my career as a Commi 3 at Sarovar Portico Hotel, I spent 1 year and 4 months in Production Department. This role allowed me to refine my culinary skills, working collaboratively with the culinary team to prepare and present dishes that exceeded guest expectations.My journey continued as Shift Manager at CatersPoint Retail Restaurant Chain, where I serving 1.6 years overseeing operations and ensuring exceptional customer service. My responsibilities included managing staff, optimizing workflows, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.Transitioning to McDonald's Restaurant Chain, I further honed my leadership abilities during my 7-month tenure as a Shift Manager. Here, I focused on team motivation, performance management, and streamlining processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.Additionally, my experience as a trainee at JW Marriott Hotel provided me with invaluable insights into the operations of a luxury hotel environment, where I gained exposure to best practices in guest service and hospitality management.Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering outstanding results.
