• Screening the candidates and their resumes, asking the basics information, explaining the job requirement, checking their eligibility.• Taking their review of the interview. Saving their profile for future opportunities.• Reaching the candidate in different ways (E-mailing, texting, calling, Voicemail.)• Maintaining Records, daily tracker, Account management.• Eminent user in using LinkedIn, Google search strings, Job portals, databases etc. for sourcing and identifying active, passive, tiptoeing and super passive candidates.• Hands-on experience on Full time/Direct hire, Contract to Hire, Right to Hire and Contract Positions.• Well-Seasoned in working with all visa candidates such as US Citizen, Green Card Holders, H1B, EAD etc.• Strong technical recruiting and staffing expertise with thorough management and business background provides for building concrete business relationships and development perspective.• Strong ability to screen, interrogates, consult and grasp the candidates before Submitting to the End client.• Hands-on in sourcing profile from various Job portals (Dice, Monster, Carrier Builder etc.) passive Searches, Company database and employee referrals to recruit for the key client.• Cross-functional collaboration with other employers, sales recruiter, IT recruiter, Talent Acquisition.
