• Responsible as SCCM support to Microsoft based clients using SCCM 2012 Infrastructure, Active Directory, Windows workstations and Server 2008R2 & 2012R2• Managing 140000 Workstations and 10000 Servers. • Installation of Primary Site, Secondary Site and Distribution Points• Troubleshooting issue raised by customers / users using Ticketing Tools (Service Now) and work on tickets priority based• Having very good knowledge Installation, Configuration and Troubleshooting of Windows workstations and Server 2008 / 2012• Software distribution, Patching using SCCM Console, very much aware with client remediation and Troubleshoot patching, software installation related issue like track package, package availability on DPs and to track IP address in SCCM Console• Creating AD groups and mapping this to user based collections• Enabling / Disabling Users Account, resetting password and update profile information in Active Directory• Providing technical support to the users remotely through remote software: Bomgar, Net Support, Remote Desktop Application and Microsoft Lync and configuration manager• Creating folders in share drives with restricted to various user • Knowledge of ITIL Processes for Incident, Problem, Change and Service Request Management• Having very good attitude and time management skills• Building reports as for project requirement and as well as for Client purpose• Having very good knowledge of SCCM infrastructure. • Having good hands on experience on SCCM Software distribution and SCCM patch management• Configure/ installation and management of windows server and hardware.• Installing, Configuring and Managing AD, DHCP & DNS and troubleshooting its related problem. • Managing CPU, Memory, Paging file alerts.• Creating and manage Users and group and Enabling/ disabling user accounts in Active Directory.• Installing, configuring the printer. Diagnose the problem and providing the solution.• Working in ITIL environment and closing the tickets according to SLA.
