Maintain proper documentation, tracking and ensure approvals from client for all quality related works.The production and supply of concrete that adheres to site specific mix designs and emphasizing on achieving the target.Ensure the quality of all incoming materials from approved sources by conducting routine lab test and field test.Responsible for monthly bulk material reconciliation.Conducting quality related tests in tunnel such as Rock bolt pullout test, Bond strength of shotcrete to tunnel wall, In-situ core extraction from tunnel.Working with automatic carousel plant for casting precast concrete segment of Grade M60 for TBM Tunnel.Monitoring Segment concrete production in pre-cast yard and inspections as per Method statement.Statical analysis of product quality, test results, material quality etc. as applicable (ex-Cube results, early strength, setting time, grout test, pull out test results etc.)Responsible for timely calibration of Batching plant, shotcrete machine & Lab. equipment's and record maintaining.Monitoring the casting of final in-situ lining of M30 grade with the 15 mtrs gantry as per quality aspects.Preparations of ITPs.Preparation of mix design as per site requirement.
