I am an experienced professional with a proven track record in sales support and logistics management. Throughout my career, I have worked with several companies in the FMCG and security management sectors, providing comprehensive assistance to customers and coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.Currently, I am working with Gopal Corporation Ltd as an Asst. Manager Customer Support and MIS Coordination. My responsibilities include managing orders, invoices, dispatch of material, outstanding payment, and settlement of claims. I also oversee the target incentive of dealers and sales staff and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments. In addition, I follow up on legal cases and work with F&A for clearance of pending claims and distributor settlements.Before joining Gopal Corporation, I worked with Eagle Hunters Pvt Ltd and Premier Shield Pvt Ltd as a Sr.Sales Executive, where I prepared rate quotations, coordinated work between head office and sales teams, and updated rate revision data for sales push. I also coordinated with clients and sales teams regarding rate revision targets and managed daily sales increase/decrease.Prior to this, I worked with FENA Pvt. Ltd. as a Sr.Sales Co-ordinator, where I coordinated with internal departments and various sales region teams, and managed outstanding payments and incentive for distributors and sales teams.
