Involved in posting ads for various IT requirements on Job boards and other job posting websites • Involved in recruiting candidates for various technologies such as QA/BA/PM, .Net, Java, Web technologies, Data Warehouse, Application Security, DevOps, Networking, System Engineering, etc. • Gathering information on various open requirements during client calls. • Interacting with the candidates to schedule Phone Interviews, In-Person Interviews, and technical interviews with the clients. • Responsible for interview coordination with customers and candidates. • Check with the hiring manager on interview feedback and the status of applications.• Responsibilities Includes effective closure of Open Requirements from the Direct & indirect Clients in the USA. • To negotiate with the Consultants on their Salary/Rate expectation W2 & Corp to Corp. • Making a call to the consultants in the US to confirm the availability for the concerning opening and explain about the job opportunity, check the level of interest of the candidate; verify experience, current job responsibilities, skill sets, etc. • Maintain the database of vendors list with their client list and new consultant arrivals, getting their resumes ready to market as well as keeping track of contract details like project extension, start and end dates for existing resources.
