Roles And Responsibility :• Purchase of all industrial Material like CNC, VMC m/c, Raw material, Tooling, Hydraulic & pneumatic, Hardware, Electrical material, software, Consumable, Cutting oil etc .• As per requirement wise all industrial Material Purchase & Negotiation.• Preparing material requirement plan as per production requirements.• Tracking & maintaining inventory levels in the stores for all items.• Efficiently managing the inventory levels, for ensuring ready availability of material to meet production.• Planning wise Schedule Circulate of Investment casting, Forging, Machined parts, Machining tools & production consumables.• Responsible for sending raw material to sub-contractors & get back in semi-finished /finished component as per required for production. • Daily reporting of Purchase Activities & give Approval to General Manager.• Evaluate supplier & sub-contractor rating calculation and necessary actions for under performance.• Negotiated lead-time, cost and quality to obtain maximum company benefit.• Worked with departments to find new and better items to fulfil diverse needs.• Co-ordinate with all concern departments

Role And Responsibility : • Procurement Of All Industrial Material – Bearings ,GI-MS Material ,Pneumatic & Hydraulic Material,Abrasive Material, Cutting Tooling Material, Inserts, Safety Equipment’s etc. • Gathering material transportation details and follow up with transporters for materials delivery.• Inspect the materials received from suppliers with respect to PO, quality & quantity.• To ensure the proper tagging of identification respective items.• Follow up with vendor for timely delivery of materials.• Follow up and tracking the supply against the purchase order
