Based on the Product strategy finalized with the teams Merchandising Manager support and work closely with the design team in bringing the right offer on product rangeSampling Management1. Ensure correct allocation of sampling is done keeping in mind the requirements in terms of price, quality & product requirements and completion details of the programs.2. To ensure that all sample submissions to the customer are supported with the right price and any quality or product call outs3. Ensure a timely selection feedback is received from the customer on the sampling rangeCosting and Negotiations1. Accurately analysed all costings negotiated by the Product Development Merchandiser before submitting to the customers.2. Wherever required, suggest options or directions for the team to look at options on costings to be proposed to the customer to facilitate quick decision-making and early closure of programs.Execution1. Establish & Monitoring of the laid out standard operating procedures for effective management of business forms sampling to delivery of bulk orders.2. Monitoring and working closely with the product development team & design team to ensure that the product being offered is relevant, focussed and all marketing activities are being done as per the planned calendar.3.
