• Generating suitable enquiries, preparing quotations and converting them into job orders. • Secure new orders, arranging delivery on time and traveling to visit potential clients.• Acquiring relevant departmental/project based approvals as sub contractor from government authorities.• Monitoring and coordinating the jobs from start to finish between client and inhouse team. • Negotiating tender, contract terms and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.• Offering after-sales support services by coordinating sales and projects.• Analyzing costs and sales and preparing reports for head office.• Meeting regular sales targets and maintaining client contact data.

• Preparing production schedule• Ensuring production is carried out with very less material wastage• Inspection and packing supervision of final product• Validation of raw material quantity ensuring continuous production• Preparing preventive maintenance schedules• Ensuring customer satisfaction providing regular assistance

• Coordination between project Civil engineering team and MEP division• Coordination between various MEP Sub contractors• Coordination between BMS Team and various MEP sub contractors• Inspection of work prior to submission for consultant's approval• Evaluation and certification of work done by MEP Sub contractors• Monitoring resources provided by the sub contractors • Ensuring the activities are being carried out as per project schedule• Certification of interim payments prior to forwarding to accounts department
