Duties Role:-• Oversees workflow of all business processing including preparation of reports, charts, and other statistics to support and direct the sales department. Initiates and tracks order completion.• Anticipate issues that can affect successful outcomes and approach challenges with creative solutions that help teams meet objectives.• Scheduling and coordinating work with vendors, suppliers, and other parties to ensure that products arrive on time and overseeing the import of goods into a country.• Dealing with queries on the phone and by email. • Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.

Duties include:-Preparing new sales representatives through conducting orientation to the sales process, developing individual coaching plans, providing resources and assistance, and scheduling orientation drive-alongs with senior representatives.-Creating and delivering day-to-day production plans and schedules that support business goals.-Coordinating people, time, and budgets across teams and departments.-Creating and maintaining metrics, reports, and process documentation.-Being prepared to make adjustments to reflect changing business needs.-Determining needs by traveling with sales representatives, observing sales encounters, studying sales results reports, and conferring with sales managers.
