Crane safety Systems(RCI/SLI/LMI) Inspection, Calibration, Commissioning and after sales technical support to customers.Quality control analysis, Customer Complaints Handling, System testing, offshore/onshore services, Software upgradation , Support R&D team Regarding System, AWM calibration, Electronic PCB testing, Electrical maintenance , site Inspection ,Preventive maintenance, Diagnose  & Repair fault of System.Preparing quatations for the customer's needs & offer follow up with customers via telephone and record the same in CRM.Plan and co-ordinate resources availability at customer site for project execution, breakdown,AMC, Service issue/Inspection & other troubleshooting solution.Responsible for handling service team . maintain Records and update the MIS report daily/weeklyContact customers after service feedback & concerns , sale Support for new enquiries, maintenance contracts, spare part orders, Service order etc.Backend Support to commerical/ purchase , account department in Service quatations, invoicing, site visit report.Remote Service Support to customer for issues like system breakdown, installation, application/calibration guidance, software upgradation, critical spare part requirements etc.Communication and alignment with the technical teams for customer support, troubleshooting, spare parts order, Warranty order,new development, operators, site engineer training etc.
