With over 14 years of experience in the heavy industry, I am working as a Senior Manager at Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL), the corporate entity of Vizag Steel Plant. I head the Electrical and Automation section of the Secondary Metallurgical area of the Department, wherein I oversee Quality Improvement Projects, maintenance and up-gradation of the equipment and systems. My core competencies include delay analysis, process improvement, equipment commissioning, and industrial automation. I have been also trained and worked with Hitachi in Thermal Design Engineering Division, Hitachi, Japan. Have received the Jawaharlal Nehru Award for my outstanding contribution to the organization in the areas of process improvement, safety and promoting higher standards of work culture and ethics. My mission is to leverage my technical skills and domain expertise to enhance the productivity, efficiency, and quality of the process I am responsible for.
