The objective of the project was to conduct a Fleet Management audit for one of our client, having more than 10 outlets in and around Bengaluru. The project entailed developing a broad framework for clear understanding of the shortcomings in the manual entry method and thereby physically examining each and every vehicle from various departments such as test drive, driving school etc. and creating a common centralised database which could be updated in real time for easier access to management, reduction in costs and increasing the efficiency.

The main objective of the project was to position, target and place metro’s private label brands and push those products into the local market. The job entailed travelling to 200 shops and ascertain the different private label brands and their products which could be placed in those stores. Various suggestions were recommended on the basis of 4P’s for those products.
