As a HR Recruiter at Connectivity IT Solutions, I am responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various IT roles. I work closely with the hiring managers and the HR team to understand the requirements, match the profiles, and coordinate the interviews. I have over two years of experience in the staffing industry, having previously worked as a Team Facilitator and a Sr Staffing Specialist at Inspiration Manpower Consultancy Pvt Ltd. There, I managed a team of recruiters, handled multiple client accounts, and delivered quality hires within the deadlines. I have a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Vijaya College, where I learned the fundamentals of business management, accounting, and economics.
