As an HR services delivery associate at Accenture, I work on various processes related to employee lifecycle management, such as contract creation, exit formalities, and ID generation, using the Workday tool. I have been working on this tool for more than 20 months and have gained hands-on experience and proficiency in it.I have a strong educational background in business administration and management, with a focus on HR and marketing. I completed my MBA from GITAM Deemed University in 2021, after obtaining my BBA from the same institution in 2019. I have also developed skills in communication, presentations, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word, which I have applied in my previous roles as an HR generalist and an HR intern at Peacock Solar and HIL Limited, respectively. I am motivated by learning new things, collaborating with diverse teams, and delivering high-quality results. My goal is to grow as an HR professional and contribute to the success of the organization.
