Demand Planning - Requirement sizing in collaboration with user group which requires BOM validation/ Cross functional Input gathering, OEM quotable BOM finalization etc. Procurement-RFP Process, Vendor Selection, Price Negotiation, Commercial Closure, Procurement benchmarking, OEM Rate Contracts etc.Order Management- Order to vendor payment for all allocated categories PurchaseSPOC- for companies' requirement in terms of purchase and order processingContracting- Commercial contracting/terms negotiation with OEM/ named suppliers/multiplegeography vendors etc. Manage multiple strategic stakeholder relationships across operations enablement team, sales support, and vendor teamsVendor Management- End-to-end vendor base management from vendor evaluation, selection, On boarding and then from Procurement to all related deliverables till delivery/ service contract closureSpend Management- Managing assigned category spend management (Data analysis around assigned category spend/ market benchmarking/ devising methods to improve the spend using better processes/ negotiation levers etc.)Invoice processing and statutory requirements Thorough understanding of the Procurement Function/MethodologiesFostering planning and organizational skills.
