Project execution for conversion of DLN-2 tank into molasses. 1- Responsible for Fabrication and Quality clearance from fabirication side of power Transformer Tanks upto 100MVA, During my tenure ensured inclusion of both Quality check and Production supervision and emerged with a new role . Execution of Export transformer tanks for Kulhman America ,through the company's team for the first time. Dependency on vendor reduced.Shutdown machine made operational to improve cutting speed for both lines.Trained team for CAD drawing, Hands-on experience on checking welding , fabrication, painting and other in-process testing of transformers .
