• 3.5 years of experience in Testing and troubleshooting of Electronics & Electrical components, RF subsystems and circuit level of hardware testing.• Experience in implementation of various RF subsystems like Filters, Receivers, Transmitters, Diplexers, Power dividers, and Up/Down Converters, including the troubleshooting and testing.• Hands on experience with RF measurement activities like S-Parameter, RF Power, ACLR, RF Harmonics, Noise Figure, Gain, etc.• IC data collection and analysis using inhouse excel macro-based processing tool.• Experience in soldering of SMD components includes active devices and passive devices.• Proficient soldering skills with small surface-mount components (including 0603 and 0402).• Manage calibration of RF measurements instruments, organize storage of lab equipment and components and other tasks include parts inventory and organization of lab materials.• Maintaining the test lab and ensure equipment is in working order and calibrated.• Enforcing ESD rules and safe way to work.• Experience with automated tests using LabView.• Mechanical aptitude including ability to generate mechanical drawings, fabricate cables, build custom assemblies, and mechanically assemble equipment into test rack mounts.• Knowledge of RF test methodologies and use of RF test equipment’s such as Network analyzer, spectrum Analyzer, signal generator, power meter.• Have good communication & interpersonal skills, motivate, responsible and committed to project deadlines.
