CurrentAs a problem manager, I am involved in identifying, analyzing, and resolving the root causes of incidents to prevent their recurrence. Managing the problem lifecycle, including detection, logging, categorization, prioritization, and investigation. Using root cause analysis techniques, coordinate with various teams to implement corrective actions, and document known errors and workarounds in the knowledge base. Additionally, to focus on proactive problem management by analyzing trends to address potential issues before they occur, ensuring service stability and continuous improvement.
