Statistical Evaluation of Global Model Ensemble Forecast in Support of Ensemble Stream Flow Prediction Funded Project from NOAAWorked with very large databases of global model ensemble precipitation and temperature forecasts issued by Climatic Data Center (CDC) and National Center for Environmental Prediction (NCEP) between 1979-2005• Developed precipitation and temperature forecast database for coterminous US from global model output • Executed Time Series Analysis on Ensemble precipitation forecasts using Matlab.Hydrologic Database for the state of Florida• Created a database of elevation, land use, and soil classification for all watersheds in Florida• Performed hydrologic analysis using ArcGIS and ArcHydro, including watershed delineation, calculation of the stream flow network, etc.Development of New Regional Regression Equations for Hydrologic Estimates and Precipitation Depth, Duration, Frequency Maps for the State of Arkansas• Accomplished Quality Assurance and Control for stream flow, land use, soil and watershed characteristics data• Developed of regional flood frequency equations through multiple linear regression • Created GIS maps and extracted elevation dataset from digital elevation models.
