Designed and Developed Complex Tableau Dashboards using the data prepared with advanced SQL and SAS for one of the premium hotel group. Manual Hotel reimbursement Reporting Process has been automated using advanced SAS functions and Macros. Created value stories out of the data which helped the client in effective marketing and enhancement of the products. Conceptualized analysis framework, defined data requirements, guide a team of analysts and coordinate implementation with other business partners. Roles and Responsibilities:Created tableau dashboards for analyzing the usage of application options in a pharmacy application. Developed metrics like Patient wait time in a pharmacy, Promise time to the patient, Fill volume by order source, Data entry error decline rate to evaluate patient experience and generated interactive dashboards for these metrics by market, pharmacy, location and time frame.Worked on developing patient adherence reports. Identified the factors that affects adherence by secondary research and referring white papers. Extracted data for the factors from the database using the custom SQL queries and refined the data by identifying outliers using box plots and normal distribution. For the refined data, performed correlation analysis between factors and adherence, then developed interactive tableau dashboards (Ex: Refills required to be adherent, Adherence Rating for Pharmacies, Patient Adherence by Days’ Supply; Plan and age, Adherence vs Drug cost) and story boards.Technical Expertise: Visualizations for the mentioned analysis are designed using basic (Bar chart, bubble chart, line chart, and scatter plot) and advanced (Waterfall chart, bullet chart, Donut chart, Pareto chart, Word cloud) chart types in Tableau desktop and reports are published in Tableau server. Interactive Dashboards are created with appropriate dashboard level components like Action filters, Data blending, Sheet Filters, Maps, Parameters, Navigation icons and various calculated field functions are used in the development of metrics.
