• Lead the M&A process to acquire a beer company in Northern India with 2 breweries and iconic brand (Thunderbolt) that saved that business from bankruptcy to become market leader in home states (Punjab and Haryana) with.
• Developed key processes to implement strong business governance and financial reporting for India and US statutory requirements using a global ERP package.
