ROLE PURPOSE:-• Responsible for planning and implementing the VRV Business Sales function for Punjab territory, responsible for maintaining and expanding customer and dealer base in the VRV business. Also responsible for development & guidance of staff under supervision.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:-• Generate sales lead by interacting with architects, Consultants, channel partners etc. Ensure Call cycle for architect and consultant coverage is diligently adhered and details updated as per MIS system for the same.• Help Organize Architect meets in the region (Select location, coordination with management, dealers, follow-up for making it success).• Exploring new markets and areas for expansion of dealer network and upgrading.• Monitor performance of dealers and support for their business improvement (Target achievement, revenue growth, knowledge updation, trainings),keep track of enquiry flow of channel and keep continuous track for sales enhancement thru channel.• Ensure achievement of sales target (numbers and value).• Ensure the tracking and update of all enquiries regularly under responsibility as per Daikin Enquiry guidelines.• Propose optimum solution to customers based on requirements (Ex: Building structure, budget, electricity consumptions, heat load, product layout etc.)• Keep track of dealer performance, provide support for development and result enhancement and help manage their performance.SUPPORT FUNCTIONS:-• Get approval for discounts by required co-ordination.• Ensure on time completion of order cycle. (Ex: Finalizing order, payment &billing, co-ordination with customer, Any applicable Form collection etc.)• Provide inputs to ensure optimum stock levels of required products (Ex: Indent for material request to SCM/HO team).• To provide three month rolling sales forecast based on market knowledge and discussion with customers/dealers on project progress).

ROLE PURPOSE:-• Responsible for complete project management of VRV projects and on-time delivery of project which include providing technical support to channel partners and project engineers, material management, quality control and proper documentation of project.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:-• Provide technical assistance to VRV dealers and architect/consultant enquiries (Machine performance at various ambient temperatures, dimensions, piping length, client queries, proper selection, benefits of VRV system etc.).• Responsible for approving technical calculations made by dealers (Piping design, heat load calculations, BOQ etc.) includes drawing & layout approval on specific projects.• Visit sites to ensure equipment is installed as per industry standards & take action for the same.• Provide technical training to Project Dealer Engineers (Educating about installation standards, pre-install checks, how to prepare drawings, material usage quality checks etc.), Dealer up gradation for quality.• Prepare pre-commissioning checklist and report & handing it over to service engineers for commissioning.• Prepare PE-schedule and report (Site visit summary, project information, delivery date etc.) & Dealer evaluation to Head Office.SUPPORT FUNCTIONS:-• Responsible for forecasting of equipment based on project timeline give to sales team.• Maintain proper documentation of project, drawing, installation checklist, handing over check list, warranty letter etc.• Issue warranty certificates post commissioning as per defined standards (only on specific projects).
