Partnering with global consultants, I led initiatives like succession management, talent retention, and job structure realignment, further strengthening my strategic impact on the organization.In my role as Divisional Manager at Force Motors Ltd., I focused on enhancing the company’s HR capabilities by proposing annual HR plans, analyzing training needs, and restructuring compensation in compliance with new regulations. I successfully executed a work measurement exercise to improve operational efficiency. Additionally, I spearheaded the HR Digitization Project, streamlining processes and reducing manual workload.Currently, as part of Tata AutoComp Systems Ltd., I am leading the organization’s digital HR transformation by implementing SAP SuccessFactors and UKG, covering global locations including India, China, Sweden, Brazil, Mexico, and the US.
