(Content Management System)- Interaction with the hoteliers & assisting both new & existing clients.- Coordinate with various divisions like Content Operations, Sales Operations, Tech.- Maintaining quality control standards/Non Compromising Data Quality.- Working for the products via combining competitor analysis. (for OTA prices like MakeMyTrip, Via, Expedia etc.)- Website reviewing and suggesting various features and detecting bugs for effective mobile app performance.- Designing structure documents for the assignments.- Handling voluminous data for the submission of assignments with key deliveries.- Constructing a robust database with accurate and up-to-date information which is appended in mobile app + Website.- Preparing Task wise and performance report for all members.- Conducting researches on various aspects for cabs, hospitality and airlines industries.- Conducting a strict round of Quality check for data enhancement and appearance for customers and knowledge partners.- Analyzing & assisting the users’ query effectively.- Grading performance & helping in decision making for incentives of company & Field Executives.- Team management - Manage, train and development of new joinees.
