During my internship at the electro-surgical unit, I primarily focused on assisting with the maintenance and calibration of surgical equipment.My tasks included:Equipment Calibration: Ensuring that electro-surgical devices were correctly calibrated for precise performance during surgeries.Maintenance Checks: Performing routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure reliability and safety.Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving any issues or malfunctions with the electro-surgical units.Documentation: Keeping detailed records of equipment performance, maintenance activities, and any repairs conducted.Assisting Surgeons and Staff: Supporting the medical team by preparing equipment for surgeries and addressing any immediate technologies.
