Major Responsibilities Managing the complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best Talent from the diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements.? Handle complete Internal Recruitment Life Cycle - Sourcing, Screening, Short-listing Profiles, Scheduling, Candidates Tracking, Follow-ups, and HR interviews. ? Identifying & evaluating the key skills of the candidates with regard to the job description. ? Ability to work in a multitasking environment handling multiple assignments at a time, managed ,the resource allocation and maintaining database, generating references from the database. ? Preliminary interview of the candidate, checking their communication, technical skills, Location, relevant experience, salary and notice period. ? Scheduling the shortlisted candidate's further interview process. ? Conducting Walk-in/Campus Hiring ? Following up with candidates on till joining date and updating recruitment MIS ? Co-ordination and Execution of employee on Boarding including induction of employee. ? Coordinate and ensure all employees are equipped with IT facilities/Email IDs/Seating/ID Cards. ? Take care of employee's Exit Formalities. Reason
