Assistant Manager
Current• Responsible for overall support department function related technical calls.• Responsible to effectively, efficiently and economically manage the available workforce.• Completely responsible for providing client support for the supply orders under warranty/ AMC.• Ensuring the allocation of resources, duties, responsible functions to the technical team comprising of technicians & engineers in consultation with reporting manager.• Properly maintaining of records in all formats like SAP, EXCEL, hardcopy of files, PPT as & when required.• Assigning the complaint to attend and resolve to the technical team (Technician, Engineer).• Closing the complaint once attended based on the service call report.• Raising ‘Indents’ for procurement of spares, new requirements sales.• Feeding the supply orders received against AMC, up sales etc.• Updating of the status of client feedback, Payment, BG etc.• Approval from Authorities for the product rectification / Replacement.• Monitoring the storage facility on AMC sites and warranty sites of their respective sites.• Maintaining the required service lab and tools.• Forecasting the requirement of spare parts.• Planning of Tours for different client location and follow up of installed equipment’s status and inform to HOD/AGM.• Monitoring and taking regular feedback from the clients.• Staff’s orientation & continuous initiative towards team building.• Closely watching the team’s activities and updating the line managers.• Working towards the overall team’s well-being (professional as well personal), Conduct training, Presentation and technicians orientation and induction.• Assist project team from the commissioning stage and help in complete execution of project Dept. wherever required.
