• Provide second line support to AFEX Direct users by assisting users (internal & external) with any problems or questions they have regarding the use of the online solution, browser configurations, file upload to AFEX Direct, including the formatting of files, and any other technical, solution or administrative issues that users may encounter.• Work alongside the sales team to achieve the goals and strategic objectives, including online conversion of customers, outlined in the APAC Payment… Show more • Provide second line support to AFEX Direct users by assisting users (internal & external) with any problems or questions they have regarding the use of the online solution, browser configurations, file upload to AFEX Direct, including the formatting of files, and any other technical, solution or administrative issues that users may encounter.• Work alongside the sales team to achieve the goals and strategic objectives, including online conversion of customers, outlined in the APAC Payment Solutions Sales Strategy• Maintain overall management of a portfolio of client accounts against trading patterns, retention levels and revenue targets.• Support marketing campaigns to promote the capability and functionality of AFEX`s technology solutions• Develop intimate knowledge of AFEX`s technology solution capabilities• Support the Online Support Executive APAC with testing for forthcoming IT releases in environments provided by IT• Troubleshoot customer issues and correct them (when possible). Follow up to resolve and ensure sales are also included in any customer updates• Escalate requests for advanced technical support to the AFEX Help Desk and/or the appropriate personnel• Complete customer onboarding, new user accounts and user profiles and training for all new corporate customers once approved their account application has been approved by compliance• On a monthly/ regular basis, provide insights and recommendations as to functional and user improvements to AFEX`s technology solutions• Support other tasks and projects as assigned by the Head of Integrated Partnerships & Payment Solutions Show less
