This project provided me an opportunity to work on build and support activities for multiple test environments for one of the bank's most crucial internet banking services offered to corporate customers. Project demanded build and maintenance of development and test environments for a critical payment portal. Co-ordinating between various support teams across geographies to provide speedy solution on incidents and mail, thus minimising down time.
