Creating design documents, mentoring/leading the developers for feature development across multiple products . Was a part of a 3 member group that developed the UI framework for Atlas products using angularJS framework and bootstrap .Contributed to multiple teams by designing /developing the UI for the products . Strictly followed the scrum principles and practices .

Continued leading team members .Assigned the tasks based on their expertise in the product . The bugs/development items are assigned to team members based on their productivity . Set daily targets for the members .Monitored their performance and reported the productivity to the managers during effort estimation .Reviewed the code changes, SQL script changes, verified the performance matrices which are assigned for review and made sure everything is done as per the processes .Progress of the release items assigned to the team is monitored and escalated to the managers incase of any rocks.

Started leading a group of 2 members. Reviewed the code changes and made sure the code changes are done as per the requirement and the design document is followed with out any miss. The concerns/questions/suggestions raised on the design documents are discussed with the designer and helped the team members whenever required. Worked on major release items and live support issues and assisted team members across the teams.

The assigned tasks by the technical lead are completed with quality. The enhancements /feature additions were done during the development cycle following the FSD and the TDD with utmost quality and unit testing performed for each of the impacted areas. The development items are then assigned to TL after including the performance analysis report for the impacted modules.During the bug fix cycle the critical bugs are given priority.Resolved the bugs based on the target assigned . Here as well the performance analysis is done using the jet brains dot trace tool if there are major changes involved. Gained expertise in some of the core modules of the product and in a few other products as well like ARNOLD. Started working on live support issues .

Fixing complex bugs reported by QA following the laid down development processes and assigning for review to the technical lead. Developing new features in the application after going through the FSD(Functional Specification Document) and TDD(Technical Design Document).

Testing the flagship products CMR and NCM for a couple of months and reporting the issues in the IssueTrak .Understanding the product functionally and technically.Fixing minor bugs in the application reported by QA.
