About Rahul Oliver, Mbt, Cqe, Cqa

There are two things I am obsessively passionate about: people and challenges. I love to take challenges, break them down in elemental pieces, and then solve them by leveraging the strength of people. I work every day to serve patients by integrating the needs of the business with the talent of colleagues, delivering tangible, compliant solutions and process that ensure continuous Operations; thus ensure products to patients. I have fundamental belief that people are the most important asset in life and in business. Hence, each day my inherent desire is to add value to people. To accomplish this, I focus on creating a culture of inclusivity, empathy, and authenticity. I have been working since I was about 16 years of age and have enjoyed many positions from a Fry cook to an Engineer to a Scientist to now a Quality Assurance Leader in a Sterile Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Plant . My experiences have taught me the following about myself:I can successfully create, scale, and optimize complaint processes that lead to efficiency and Operational flexibility.- I put the people, both colleagues and patients, at the center of all that I do- I find solutions that have balance between product safety, compliance, and business need.- I rely on my experience, but I seek data and logic for my decisionsI can align, lead, and grow small teams from 5 to 10 people.- I love to achieve my goals, but I care more about the collective goal- I preach sum of all parts is bigger than the individual part- I am responsible for the failure; the team is responsible for the successI drive myself to be better: Better Father, Better Colleague, Better Husband, Better Human Being- I have a never-ending thirst to learn because I never settle for good; I want to be the best- I focus on adapting to drive change and influence culture- I am a fast learner because I believe in the application of knowledge- Creativity, Imagination, and the Impossible are words that motivate meMy focus for the next year is to diminish tactical thinking and increase in strategic thinking as in the near future I want to lead and provide strategic direction to a larger team/organization. I would love to connect with you to talk about Aseptic Manufacturing, leadership, strategic thinking, and Soccer.
