Rahul is a patent enabler with PanCanada Consulting Services Inc., a boutique patent consulting firm in Toronto, ON, focused on invention scouting, patent portfolio development, and patent technology analysis. He is passionate about helping clients define/implement key patent strategies, build valuable patent portfolios, and prevent (or aid risk-free) litigation. Rahul specializes in drafting patent applications, preparing responses to office actions, as well as prior art search and analysis. Currently, he is also managing the Intellectual property portfolio and innovation strategy at Solaris Disinfection Inc. Rahul earned his Master’s degree in Microelectronic Systems from the University of Liverpool, United Kingdom. His research thesis was in the area of molecular electronic circuits. He is also a Licensed Paralegal, a Notary Public Appointee, and a member in good standing of the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada (IPIC), Law Society of Ontario (LSO), and Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE).Outside of work, Rahul enjoys learning about financial markets and playing tennis.
