Supply – Logistic Coordinator Engineer (MA/SLC-IN)IAM (Independent After Market) & OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer)Order Management & Fulfillment:1. Monitor and control backlog orders with and without stocks against customer demand to improve customer demand to improve customer satisfaction.2. To Define and ensure effective process implementation and supervise order management activity with all the relevant customers to control the reduction of backlog orders. 3. Reduced over 30M backlog orders from the Customer and reached monthly target of 3B. Customer Relationship Management:1. Monitor, Enhance, and communicate customer demand Fulfilment to both intra and inter-organization.2. Continuously improving our service levels aligned with the customer.3. Participate in effective customer visits with defined measures and improvements with structured communication, resulting in customer delight.4. Participating in face-to-face customer visits to gain and build trust with the customer. Inventory, Warehouse and Transportation Management:1. Control and supervise planning and liquidation of excessive stocks for customers to improve free cash flow.2. Ensure Effective implementation of the scrum approach by having the review on pending lines and delayed shipments with corrective measures by checking timely line conversion and TAT adherence for better customer.3. Planned and supervised logistics execution and physical distribution with a cross-functional team for customer delivery as per transportation TAT while reducing it at transporter hubs and sales return cases.
