Corrective measure analysis• Responsible for the ownership and management of accurate project costs as they relate to the final estimate actual cost at completion (EAC)• Preparation and submission of regular job costing reports, including PPM forecasting, cash flow, local & global dashboards and other Honeywell reporting requirements • Leading the change order management process and keep the change order register current to enable financial reporting • Optimize the Project’s Working Capital • Partnering with cross functional team for daily business operation• Managing other external non client based external stakeholders like external statutory auditors, Banks ensuring compliance. • Managed project monitoring, control, co-ordination & review of all contract and agreements of Global Mega Projects operated in India to ensure that all policies and procedures are fully complied with the internal policies • Ensuring business KPIs say Revenue, Billing, Collection, Cost planning etc. AOP to protect margin and operating income. • Co ordinating CORA PPM data update, monitoring & Maintenance, for effective Honeywell MOS Project process compliance program and governance to achieve overall enterprise compliance.
