In my role, I was managing three teams, two based onsite and one offshore. I was actively involved in requirement gathering, analysis, and architectural design, development, testing, and production deployment of the software application. My responsibilities included exploring/evaluating and presenting technologies/framework for developing high-quality software. I was actively involved in interviewing, training new team member, performance evaluation, project planning, and resource allocation.I have worked on various projects involving HIPAA transactions for building applications like Patient Portal, Patient Eligibility and Benefits, Patient Referrals and Authorization, Claims.Some of my personal INITIATIVE and ACCOMPLISHMENTS include:Created POC using node.js for writing RESTful API.Vendor evaluation for API management by doing a POC for Apigee and Mashery, using OAuth security feature.Presented solution for designing web application for the mobile platform using the extensibility feature of ASP.NET MVC framework.Developed Portal Layout in ASP.NET MVC to support dynamic portlets and menus using Razor view engine and Telerik Extensions for ASP.NET MVCCreated proof-of-concept for new product development using ASP.NET MVC. This became a standard UI implementation framework for all new projects.
